Report shared by link

The shared link shows the report to people outside the platform — leadership, the maintaining body, a partner — without exporting a spreadsheet and without giving access to the system.

Only totals go out

Whoever opens the link sees aggregated numbers only. Comments, names and any respondent data do not go out, even if you see them on your dashboard. The anonymity floor applies with no exemption.

A door that stays open

Exporting hands over a file and ends there. A link keeps working until it:

• expires — the deadline is required and has a maximum of 365 days;
• or is revoked, at any time, in the list of links.

So choose the shortest deadline that meets the need.

What changes over time, and what does not

• The breakdown is evaluated again at each opening: new responses within it start to appear.
• The reach of the person who created the link is frozen: if their permissions change later, the link does not grow or shrink with them.

Access log

The list of links shows how many times each was opened and when, without identifying who opened it. Someone receiving an expired or revoked link sees a message saying so — not a "page not found".
